The owner of the vehicle will need to supply a valid driver’s licence and to sign off on our contract of sale documentation digitally. Once signed, we can arrange for the towing and payment will be made at the time of collection.

No, you cannot. As much as we’d appreciate the help, our OH&S compliance guidelines demand we pick up vehicles via tow truck.
The towing costs do not transfer onto you — we cover it in full.
As the name suggests, repairable vehicles are still in a good enough condition to be repaired. You might consider selling repairable cars for cash if the cost of repairing them outweighs the car’s worth. If you do choose to restore them, they can be re-registered.
Statutory write-offs are severely damaged vehicles that cannot or should not be repaired. Your insurance assessor determines this status, and the car cannot be re-registered once deemed a statutory write-off.
Luckily, we still offer cash for statutory write-off cars because some parts may still be in salvageable condition.
No. 1800 Salvage is a licenced trader, meaning we aren’t able to buy cars for cash if they’re still under finance.

If you put us in touch with your finance provider, we can submit a salvage tender to seek permission to remove your vehicle. While the finance claim (or contractual repayment obligations) remains with you, we can take the physical vehicle off your hands.
